Trainee Executive – Sales & Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve the assigned target on leasing of registered three – wheelers.
• Evaluate credit effectively and prepare credit reports.
• Follow up on customer repayments.
• Maintaining and making strong relationships with business partners and business introducers in the
assigned area.
Requirements:
- School leavers who have excelled in sports /and extra-curricular activities are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate should possess a valid riding/ driving license.
- Full / part qualification in Marketing / Credit Management though not essential would be an added advantage.
Executive – Risk and Compliance
Key Responsibilities
• To assist in the compliance process with attention to provisions of the Finance Business Act no 42 of
2011, Directions / Guidelines and Rules issued by the CBSL to ensure compliance.
• To assist in the Compliance process related to Listing rules of the CSE.
• Coordinate with the Board of Directors, Company secretaries & Senior management on any matters
related to Risk & Compliance.
• Compile relevant information for the implementation of AML/CFT policies and procedures to ensure the
regulatory requirements are met.
• Assist the Compliance officer to Identify material, individual, aggregate, and emerging risks (both
quantitative and qualitative) and to assess risks by measuring the company’s exposure to them.
• Analyze Company Data and assist in preparing reports & resolutions to the Board / Board Sub Committee
and Management Committee Meetings on matters related to Risk & Compliance.
Requirements:
- Should possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Finance institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, and Full or part professional qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA or CFA.
- Excellent knowledge of advanced MS Excel.
- Good analytical and number-crunching skills.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- The ability to work independently under minimum supervision and be a team player.
Cashier
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling the cashier function and petty cash payments.
• Ensure that the cash collection in duly balance and proper banking of daily cash payments.
• Duly maintain allocated floats and daily reconciliations .
• Serve the customers without delays.
• Physical verification of cash on daily basis.
• Maintaining periodic transaction reports.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed G.C.E Advanced Level Examination.
- Should have a minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity. (Preferable in a Finance Company)
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
- Ability to converse in English and Sinhala / Tamil language.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, IT application and exposure to use accounting software will be an add advantage.
- Part or full professional qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT or degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification.
Software Developer
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Internal Software Development Team, responsible for Maintaining, Architecting and Developing our next generation of Corporate Solutions and Mobile Apps for both staff and the customers at large.
Responsibilities
· Manage the application lifecycle (design, test, release, and support)
· Coding with standard software development practices
· Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
· Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
· Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
· Design interfaces to improve user experience
· Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
· Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer
- Experience and skills in Java / PHP / MySQL
- Work experience in the Banking and Financial industry would be an advantage
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with OOP design principles
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Portfolio of released applications on the Android market would be an advantage
Senior Executive / Executive – Sales & Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
