IS Auditor
Responsibilities
•Conduct audits of IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and security controls.
•Evaluate general IT controls (GITCs), application security, and access management.
•Assess compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g. CBSL Technology Risk Management & Resilience Guidelines, ISO 27001, PDPA).
•Identify IT and cybersecurity risks and recommend remediation measures.
•Review business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response readiness.
•Report audit findings and follow up on corrective actions with relevant teams.
•Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and external auditors as needed.

Requirements:
- •Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- •CISA (preferred); ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or other relevant certifications are considered an added advantage.
- •1-3 years of experience in IT auditing, information security auditing, or related roles.
- •Experience in regulated sectors like finance is an advantage.
Chief Internal Auditor
Responsibilities
-
Should have clarity of thought, be accountable to the Board Audit Committee, be independent and shall have sufficient expertise and carry out the assignments effectively and objectively.

Prepare/ execute annual audit plans and implement relevant internal controls/policies and best practices to ensure the achievement of the organizational objectives.

Plan and perform audits including ad hoc audits to assess the accuracy of financial statements, the reliability of financial data, and the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Review the internal controls adopted by the management and review the system established to ensure compliance with those policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Proactively inform senior management of significant risks related to internal controls, compliance, regulatory and governance requiring prompt attention.

Work closely with external auditors and adhere to & improve the suggestions or recommendations made by external auditors.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to reach common goals. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field/ Professional qualification in CA, CIMA or AAT.
- Minimum 15 years of audit experience, at least 5 years in senior/middle-level position in audit management.
- Dynamic individual with good people skills and a proven track record in the auditing sector.
- Previous experience in the banking/non-banking finance industry is a must.
- Possess sound, independent judgment with strong business acumen.
Senior Executive/Executive/Junior Executive/Trainee Executive – Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve set targets on Micro Leasing (registered two/ three-wheeler) and Auto Finance products within the credit guidelines.
- Maintain desired collection ratio.
- Maintain operational controls and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- In terms of Senior Executive and Executive positions mentioned above, minimum 2 years of experience in the field of marketing, credit evaluation and portfolio management of micro leasing (two-wheeler & three-wheeler) and/ or auto finance products in a non-bank finance company registered with Central Bank of Sri Lanka and good knowledge of analyzing the creditworthiness of clients are required.
- School leavers with O/L qualification and extracurricular activities are also encouraged to apply for Trainee / Junior Executive positions.
- Should possess a valid riding/ driving license.
- Candidates with full/part professional/academic qualifications in a related area though not essential but will be an advantage.

Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive – Fixed Deposits

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
- Support the organization and execution of promotional events, customer engagement programs, and outreach activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain marketing databases and prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Liaise with external vendors, media, and agencies as required.
- Contribute to brand awareness efforts and ensure alignment with company standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Gold Loan In Charge & Assessor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advancing within the approved limits set out in the standardized procedure guidelines.
- Checking gold articles, doing valuation and assessment of articles, and negotiating with customers
regarding advances under the given guidelines. - Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes and guidelines pertaining to Gold Financing.
- Strategically plan and oversee the smooth execution of the Gold Loan business, while developing
promotional activities to foster business growth. - Continuously monitor the performance of the Gold Loan portfolio and implement necessary actions to
drive advances and enhance portfolio growth. - Stay informed on and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- GCE (A/L) qualification
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pawning or gold loan operations within a recognized financial institution.
- Proficiency in identifying counterfeit or substandard jewelry.
- Expertise in evaluating the gold content of articles.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Age between 25-35 years.
Company Secretary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Arrange all management/general meetings and preparation of agendas, recording minutes and such minutes of the Board meetings shall be recorded in sufficient details so that it is possible to ascertain whether the Board acted with due care and prudence in performing its duties.
• Preparation of meeting minutes and agenda in the event chairperson has delegated carrying out such function & provide support and liaising with Board of Directors and other board sub committees.
• Ensure compliance to all applicable laws and regulations, especially the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and corporate governance practices & monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
• Maintaining all relevant documentations pertaining to legal and statutory requirements of the company
• Liaise with external regulators and advisors: Stock exchange, CBSL, Registrar General of Companies
• Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, secretaries and shareholders
• Advise and guide management on the statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
Requirements:
- An Attorney at Law/ member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka/ Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Sri Lanka/ Chartered Institute of Management Accountants or person who is member of an Association or Institute approved by the Minister, which provides a course in Company Law or Company Secretarial Practice
- Should have minimum 5 years of post – qualification company secretarial work experience.
- Sound knowledge of Companies Act, Central Bank regulations for Finance Companies and other relevant statues and regulations.
- Excellent minute and report writing skills.

Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive – Fixed Deposits

Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the deposit mobilization arm of the company and consistent in achieving given deposit targets.
Manage the funds of high-net-worth customers. - Understand the industry key trends and provide value-added solutions/suggestions to the customers.
- Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of
deposit and manage withdrawal attrition. - Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of experience in a Bank/Financial institution
- A Degree or full professional qualification from a recognized university / institution will be an added qualification.
- Team player who is confident, persevering and self motivated.
- Ability to handle diverse and multiple responsibilities with appropriate timelines
- Possess an outgoing personality with good PR, negotiation and communication skills
Manager – Savings
Key Responsibilities
• Ability to assess market opportunities on savings product.
• Building up mutually benefited partnerships with individuals, institutions, and corporate customers in sourcing business.
• Ensure fresh / revised policies relating to the product are prepared and ratified through audits and board sub-committees during regular reviews and make necessary corrections. Staff training on policies / corrective action is also part of this role to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance in relation to regulatory / internal policy / accepted norms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience primarily in savings in NBFI / Bank sector, out of which at least 02 years in the managerial grade. Prior experience in sourcing savings product through a branch network, and reasonable knowledge of operating a department as a profit center are definite advantages.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory / compliance is required.
- Possession of a degree and / or full / part professional qualification in related discipline. Possession of an MBA, though not essential but will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership to a team.
Trainee Executive – Sales & Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve the assigned target on leasing of registered three – wheelers.
• Evaluate credit effectively and prepare credit reports.
